Product Warranty

Warranty Period
• The warranty period is 1 year from the date the customer receives the product.
• In the case of products damaged during shipping, manufacturing defects, wrong items, or missing items, claims must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt, along with a video recording of the unboxing. If there is no evidence as specified, the store reserves the right to refuse product claims or exchanges in all cases.

Shipping Costs
• The store is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs if the product has issues within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Claim Verification
• Claims must be verified with the purchase channel and order number or tax invoice (if available).

Free Repair Service
• Free repair service is provided for 1 year, except for parts that wear out due to use.
• Gas stove parts covered for 1 month include the auto ignition gas valve and burner. Free parts, but the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
• Electrical appliance parts covered for 1 month include circuit boards and motors. Free parts, but the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
• For other parts not listed, the customer is responsible for the cost of parts and shipping.

Warranty Exclusions
• Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, fire, power surges, etc.
• Installation or usage, repair, or modification of the product without authorization, not up to standard, or not according to the user manual.
• Negligence leading to damage of various components.
• Damage caused by animals or insects.
